October’s Cooking Class at Staten Island

It was a great environment for meeting new friends, and for enjoying new experiences with different people of the community.

Everyone in attendance learned how to prepare Eggplant Salad, Ashure, Fried Puff as traditional Turkish food. It was a very lovely environment where everyone learned about each other and talked about different topics while watching the instructor.
